Our innovative heel pad and shoe pad connect to secure the foot inside the shoe:
- Simply apply the shoe pad to the back of the shoe,
- the heel pad onto the back of the foot,
- insert foot into shoe being careful not to let the pads connect until the foot is inside the shoe.

The shoe pads remain inside the shoe and the heel pads are disposable.
